LumenARRT!, the video crew of The Artists’ Rapid Response Team (ARRT!) teamed up with 350 Maine and the Leftist Marching Band to create a large-scale video projection and musical extravaganza in downtown Portland. On May 6^th, the night of First Friday Art Walk, the video projection was visible from approximately 8 to 9 PM on the façade of Mechanics’ Hall, 519 Congress — as projected from MECA across the street. The Leftist Marching Band created a “soundtrack” for the projection. The theme was the warming of the Gulf of Maine due to burning fossil fuels.  To see a video of the event, click here.
